Q. How far in advance do you accept reservations?
A. We accept reservations about six months in advance, including the current month. For more details, please check the availability from our homepage.

Q. Can I make a reservation on the same day as check-in?

Q. I would like to amend/cancel my reservation.
A. All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified.

Q. Is there a waitlist in case someone cancels?
A. No, we regret to inform you that we do not have a waitlist.
As there may be vacancies at any time, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service directly.

Q. Can I cancel or change my reservation for free if the transportation stops due to a natural disaster?
A. Please contact our customer service directly for further information.

Q. Can you provide a receipt?
A. Yes. However, we can provide a receipt only for guests with a direct booking with the hotel.
Please contact us in advance before your arrival, so that we may prepare it for your check-in date.

Q. Can you provide a certificate of accommodation?
A. Yes, we can provide a certificate of accommodation.

Q. Can I specify the floor/view of the room?
A. All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
However, we will do our best to honor your request.

Q. Can you accommodate an unaccompanied minor (under 20 years old)?
A. All guests are welcome to our hotel.
However, there are some restrictions regarding minors who would like to stay alone or a group of minors who wish to stay without an adult.

➀ Minors over the age of 16 and under the age of 20:
- Fill in the Parental/Guardian Consent Form and submit at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- All minors must bring the original copy of the Consent Form during your trip in Japan.
**Once the reservation has been confirmed, we will be able to send the consent form to you accordingly.

② Minors under the age of 16:
- Must be accompanied by an adult at least 20 years of age.
- Not allowed to stay alone without a parent/guardian.

**For any unaccompanied minors under the age of 16, we will contact the website that you booked through to cancel this reservation with a full refund immediately.

Please mention that you are under the age of 20 when you make the reservation. We will send the ''Parental/Guardian Consent Form'' to you accordingly.

Q. Can children share the bed?
A. Children aged 0-5 year(s) may stay for free by using existing bedding. 
Please be aware that we do not offer additional amenities or beds for children with a free stay. 
**Please insert the correct number of children with the age.

Q. If I reserve more than one room, can you place them nearby or adjacent to each other?
A. All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
However, we will do our best to honor your request.

Q. I made a reservation via your homepage. However, I have not received the confirmation email yet.
A. An auto-generated confirmation email will be sent after the reservation is completed.
If you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service directly.
